This book gives simple explanations on weather map symbols (how to read a weather map), types of clouds, types of precipitation, natural disasters (flood, hurricanes, etc). I liked how there was weather folklore clarified in the book. Plus the extra of all the U.S. Weather Records in it. This is a great book for young students who are just learning about the weather.
