About the Author

Jade B. Theriot is a Louisiana native, born with an innate desire to connect through literature. As a second grader, Jade promised herself that she would dedicate her life to writing. And so, she has set out to become the voice her younger self once sought after.

Jade is a lesbian, who hopes to create a platform for people within the LGBTQA+ community. Her writing often focuses on the struggles she faced when coming out to herself, her family, and the world at large. Jade’s writing also showcases the long term effects of sexual abuse, childhood trauma, and the dilemma of self-love.
