Overview

A Top-10 Best Seller on Nook, Volume 2 of the bestselling Sasha McCandless Series includes four titles--two full-length legal thrillers and two shorter novella that focus on Sasha and Leo's relationship (with a dash of danger and intrigue).

This set contains the following titles:

Indispensable Party (Book 4): Can Sasha and Leo stop a doomsday prepper before he releases a virus capable of causing a global pandemic?

Lovers and Madmen: A Sasha McCandless Novella (Book 4.5): Sasha's plans for a romantic Valentine's Day with Leo are threatened by her cooking skills, a homeless kitten, and a former client with a violent streak.

Improper Influence (Book 5): When healthy young women start dropping dead all over town, forensic pathologist Bodhi King turns to Sasha and Leo for help. They'll follow a long and dirty trail that leads to political influence peddlers, backroom deals, and the largest law firm in town.

A Marriage of True Minds: A Sasha McCandless Novella: Sasha and Leo are finally getting married! It's romantic. It's breathtaking. It's perfect. Until a murderous enemy from their past arranges for armed banditos to storm the remote Nicaraguan resort and take the bride and groom hostage. Till death do us part may come all too soon, unless Sasha, Leo, and their guests can outwit the mercenaries and reclaim control of the festivities.

I've read every one of these and they are outstanding!!! I'm always anticipating the next one. Write faster, Melissa, write faster! LOL Improper Influence was one of my favorites with the character of Bodhi. Melissa, of course, wrote his character so well!

Always interesting. Characters were well developed, as were the story lines. Each of the stories stands on its own but plays nicely into the next. Have read previous books by Melissa Miller and will read more.

The first book in this series is my favorite so far but I've liked all of the ones I've read.

I think I have read just about all of Melissa Miller's Sasha McCandless series, and I never fail to be entertained by the situations that Sasha finds herself in. What I really like about her character is that she is not perfect, but she always is trying to do what is right. As I read through the series I can actually see the growth of her character. And she is just so lovable and little and strong and funny.I don't want to get into details of any of the plots. But in each story it seems like she starts out doing normal, mundane lawyer- kinds- of- things, but always ends up in an extremely dangerous situation. Then throw in an ever-growing romantic relationship she has with Leo, and you have one great story!

Took too long to get several points across. Characters lived together yet behaved like only friends. Did not care for story lines.
