Overview

This ebook is the classic 1883 novel THE MERRY ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD by American writer and artist Howard Pyle. THE MERRY ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD is a series of episodes in the life of the semi-fictitious English outlaw Robin Hood and his band of merry men. The novel compiles traditional material into an enjoyable narrative in a colorful, invented "old English" dialect. Pyle's interpretation of Robin Hood heavily influenced later writers, artists, and filmmakers' interpretations of Robin Hood during much of the twentieth century.
