The Art of Flourishing is a collection of thoughts that may race through one's mind from day to day. Within the anger, emptiness, and despair, there is a glimpse of hope waiting. Through the ups and downs of the day to day life, people often get trapped in their own head. Use this as a way to climb out of the hole you buried yourself so deeply in. Use this as a way to continue to strive for greatness. Use this to let you know that you're not in this alone. You are love.

About the Author
Anne Busen is a 16-year-old student at Rockford High School. She wrote this book as a way to help herself heal and move forward, and hope she can do the same for others. In her free time, Anne loves to go on bike rides, sing, write songs, and hang out with her friends. In the future, Anne wants to become either a musical therapist or an American Sign Language teacher. Anne's passion for both music and writing will hopefully take her to where she wants to be.
