The bestselling series has returned! Join P. C. and Kristin Cast in celebrating the tenth anniversary of the House of Night series by going on a thrilling new adventure with your beloved Nerd Herd.

It's Zoey's eighteenth birthmas and the Nerd Herd has been scattered across the country busily adulting for almost a year when Stark calls them back to Tulsa to surprise Z. But all is not well in T-town. Strange, dark signs are appearing--could it be possible Neferet is stirring? Not willing to chance disaster striking again, Zoey calls on her newly reunited friends to circle with her and add a layer of protection over Neferet's grotto jail. Easy-peasy, right?

Wrong. Nothing at the House of Night is ever as it seems.

With rabid red vampyres closing in, Zoey and the Nerd Herd must come together again and battle evil. But a year is a long time. Have these old friends grown too far apart?

When the world fractures and allies become enemies, will darkness devour friendships or will light save those she's loved?

"Twilight meets Harry Potter.", praise for the series

"Both intense and thoroughly entertaining...this outing will not disappoint House of Night fans."--Kirkus Reviews on Destined

I love this series. When I saw that PC and Kristin had wrote another one I didn't hesitate for a second. Ver curious of where it could even go. This was an amazing and unexpected turn of events. This book is a must read. I am so ready for Lost to come out. As well as many more. I know people probably get tired of the same series but for this nerd herd there are an endless amount of advantures to have.

I was very very skeptical about this book at first. Thinking they were going to just add on and it was going to be bland and a neverending series that has no point anymore. That is not the case! I would strongly give this book a shot!

After 10 years Zoey and the Nerd Herd are back. Loved starts off where the House of Night ended, it is very easy to keep up and know what is going on. Loved kept my attention even though I predicted a few of the situations, The story line is pretty simple. I was hoping the characters grew up more than what they have, all the original characters from the original HON series range from 18 to 22ish, I was surprised they still said "brown pop," or "poopie". I did like how the writers introduced new characters and the "Other World" this really helped make this book go forward in a good way. I did enjoy this story and look forward to reading book 2.

Loved (House of Night Other World #1) by P.C. Cast After the last book in the House of Night I wondered how this duo of authors would continue the series, I purchased this book when it was published last year, and planned to get to it sooner than now. I like the idea of the house of night series an alternative version of magic and vampire stories. The native american beliefs and stories make an interesting connections. I have recently seen some of the native american stories originals shared which brought me back to this book and the series. Loved is a bridge story between the two series, the results of the House of Night series, and the Other world series. P. C. Cast is able to tie the two series, and create more interest in the new series. Zoey has saved her world from the dark and deadly nature of a vampire high priestess twisted goals. Its her friends and her powers that is able to learn how to save the world. Now with a warning from alleys she attempts to prevent more dangerous attacks what she does is create a bridge between her world and another world. Its not a nice place, and the Priestess has found victory because the other world, has no Zoey. A great tie, and a great primes for a new series. The loyal fan will get some restitution and resolution to prior events in the House of Night series. The next book Lost, looks like it will also address some of the sacrifices given in the house of Night.

Get ready to reunite with the nerd herd in Loved by P.C. and Kristin Cast. It has all of the vampyres, and magickal lore you've come to know from the House of Night Series, but has matured with its audiences as each of the characters struggle with all of the changes life has in store. For those who are new to the series, this debut novel of the Otherworld series offers a story all of its own while continuing where readers last saw the characters they have come to know. However, after being apart for so long, will the gang be able to come together in time to quell darkness lurking within Tulsa once more? This story continues to foster lessons and topics that are as relevant as ever, and will leave you wanting more.

I wish you would leave your politics out of the book. People read fiction to be entertained not hear your opinion on politics no matter what side. If we wanted a political opinion book we would buy one.
